Services

The house has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms ( one with Jacuzzi), heating, air conditioning and Sat TV. The living room has the fireplace and the kitchen is provided with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Outside you can enjoy a wide area, including a rooftop terrace with barbecue and a series of games for children.

The surrounding land is mainly planted with olive trees to produce olive oil and one part is dedicated to the orchard and vegetable garden, according to the season so you can enjoy products such as olive oil, vegetables, fruits and jams homemade.

The major historical cities are easy to reach, Florence 35km, Pisa 50km, Lucca 40km and Siena 70km. Vinci, famous for being Leonardo’s birthplace, is only 6 km; other historical and cultural centers close to are S. Miniato, S. Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra.
