General conditions

Minimum stay of 7 days check in / out from Sat to Sat; during period A minimum stay of 3 days (2 nights) is possible.

Rates are intended for a minimum stay of 7 days and include:

• taxes (VAT 10%);

• private parking;

• internet WiFi

• air conditioning;

• electricity;

• extra bed;

• final cleaning;

• firewood;

• linens;

• towels;

Exclusion

• Gas for heating is calculated separately based on consumption.

• Tourist Tax of 1,00€ per day for person older than 14

• Extra cost of 10,00€/day in case of pets staying
